Digital delivery of creative and strategic services
When you order a service from us, the scope, price and expected delivery time are confirmed via email. All our deliveries are made digitally via email, cloud folder, link or project tool.
Ordering
Timeframes
Normal delivery time is 24H–3 working days depending on the scope of the service. Urgent assignments are handled by special agreement and may involve additional costs.
Approval and audits
You will receive a draft for you to review and provide feedback on. One or two revisions are included depending on the service. Additional changes will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as technical failures, illness or disruptions in internet connection.

Payment terms
All payments are handled securely via our approved payment solutions. When purchasing our services, payment is made in advance, unless otherwise stated. A receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provide when booking or ordering.
When invoicing, 10-day payment terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
