Cancellation & Refund Policy
Security and clarity in every assignment
You can cancel a service up to 24 hours before the start of the project without charge. After that, 50% of the agreed amount will be charged. If you cancel after the work has started, you will be invoiced according to the time spent.
Refund
If we do not deliver as agreed and it is not due to you, we will refund the amount in full or in part depending on the situation. We always strive for fair and transparent handling.

Payment terms
All payments are handled securely via our approved payment solutions. When purchasing our services, payment is made in advance, unless otherwise stated. A receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provide when booking or ordering.
When invoicing, 10-day payment terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
